REMOTE SALE PROGRAM
The Remote Sale Program is conducted yearly by ALL 4 DANCE and is available, by request, to all Dance
Studios in Northern Alberta.
What is a Remote Sale? A remote sale is were ALL 4 DANCE brings dance wear from our retail store to
your studio, setups a store in your studio or designated location, and your parents can purchase their dance
wear for the new season.
When are remote sales conducted? Remote Sales are conducted from mid August to the end of
September.
Is there a cost to the studio? There is no cost to the studio but would need at least 2 hours to setup prior to
the sale and a notice to your parents would be appreciated of the times and dates the sale would be
conducted.
When is the sale conducted? The date and time is up to you but most studios have the sale just before or
during their registration night, but we would prefer afternoon or night because we have to take traveling
time into account.
How is the remote sale conducted? The sale is usually conducted by 3 staff members, one member is
taking payments and the other 2 staff are helping parents with fitting of footwear, bodysuits and any
questions they may have.
Do the parents receive receipts? Yes! The payments are done on our laptop with a barcode scanner and
we are able to print receipts instead of hand writing them.
Can parents place orders for dancewear not available on the remote? Yes! We are in the process of
making an order book with two carbon copies. The top page, original copy, would be given to the customer, the second copy is for our ordering and the third is delivered with the product. All orders also have to be paid in full at the time of ordering.
How long does an order take to come in and do I pay for shipping? This all depends on the date
ordered by ALL 4 DANCE and the supplier. Most of dancewear suppliers are in the United States and
those orders range from 1-3 weeks but usually around 2 weeks. Some Canadian suppliers like Mondor,
only take about 5 to 8 days.
Parents DO NOT pay for shipping! On the 3rd week from the remote sale ALL 4 DANCE sends out all
completed orders with no charge to the studio or parents for shipping. This is only available on orders
placed at the remote sale.
What dancewear do you bring? The dancewear that we bring is from your studios requirements list, and
what ever else the studio would like the parents to be able to purchase i.e.: Bags, Dance Clothing, Posters,
etc.
Does the sale have to be at the Studio? No it doesn’t! The remote sale is usually conducted at the
requested Dance Studios address but can be held in any location arranged by the Dance Studio owner or
society.
What does the studio get in return? Not only do you get happy parents and no cost to the studio, but at
the end the dance year ALL 4 DANCE gives out a cash value of gift certificates to the studio. Example:
ALL 4 DANCE works out that your remote sale in gift certificates comes to $200, we will send to you either
one $200 certificate or eight $25 certificates to be handed out at your recital. The studio decides on how
many certificates and the denominations required.

How do we request a remote sale? A request can be made by emailing us at
sales@all4dance.ca.
We would need all requests by August 1st, 2010 to ensure we have the right quantities for your dress
requirements and to give us time to ask questions.
